Wasn't very useful for me
I was trying to figure out a way to play my iPod videos on my Tv, so I bought this cord which is worth it for the price. The problem is, I don't think that you can plug a cord into the headphone jack of the iPod for it to work. So I'm not sure if this will play videos from your iPod onto your TV without an adapter, I couldn't tell how. This is still a good cable to have to plug things into your TV though. It didn't work for mr so I bought a retractable cable that had the same TV connections but had the iPod composit connection at the bottom of the iPod.

Don't waste your money
I tried this cable out and the video quality was terrible (smeared colors, video), even though the same Video iPod worked great with the the video cable from my camcorder.

Partially Worked
we got this to hook our ipod nano gen.1 to the tv and it didn't work but sound did. So it saved buying an Ihome.

Very Good Product
It does what it's supposed to do. It gets your iPod video on the TV screen. Believe it or not, this composite cable is better than the official Apple component cable, which is supposed to be better, because component connections are better than composite connections. But not here. This composite one it better.
