great protection
Offers great protection for my latest gen 30g iPod. It has a few minor downsides hence the 4 stars.

First the skin is really thick, not sure if that's necessary or a overkill, but it makes the iPod looks alot bulkier.
Second it's a lint magnet when put in your pocket, I had a black iSkin before for my nano and it really shows, this clear/white one makes it somewhat less obvious.
Thirdly the skin around the edge of the screen is very thin and sometimes slips out from under the transparent plastic cover.
Finally the design for the lock switch cover is less than ideal (it's completely covered under the skin, you have to toggle it through the skin), mine is already ripped.

But overall all those are minor issues so I only took one star off.

Almost Perfect iPod Case
This case works well. The only thing I have against it is the belt clip. I don't like the way it attaches to the case and replacements are expensive. It is removable and I have removed mine. I have the [...] (which I highly recommend) skin on my iPod and this case still fits over it great. The belt clip has a embossed "Do Not Remove" made in the silicon that ended up pressing into the bestskinsever cover thus marking it up. It has not attracted lint like some have said in the past. I think the latest version is treated with something to prevent this. I considered many cases and it came down to the EVO3 and the iFrogz.

Cool Looks!
This is the coolest ipod skin i have seen. It not only protects but makes the ipod look cool. I got one for me and for my uncle. I have the black one which goes gr8 with my black 30gb ipod.

Great protection for 5th generation ipods
This skin fits my new 30gb ipod like a glove. I hadn't even taken the plastic off of my ipod and it fit perfectly into the skin (I was looking for maximum protection). I like the fact there is a harder plastic protector covering the screen. I especially like the fact that the belt clip, which I find to be tacky and a tad cumbersome, can be taken off completely if desired.

The only reason I didn't give this item 5 stars was because it requires a very slight modicum of effort to utilize the trackwheel when scrolling as opposed to not having any silicone covering it at all; however I find it's well worth it - you save your ipod from all the inclement wear & tear from normal use.
